sale but not formally on the market).
Property Showings
We preview available properties so that your valuable time is spent viewing only those that
meet your needs. Tours are carefully arranged to be time efficient and comfortable.
Choices
Once the list of properties has been narrowed down to those that are of interest to you,
we will give experienced advice on the pros and cons of each property. You will be
advised of market trends that may influence your decision.
Negotiation
Our guidance in preparing your purchase offer will help insure that the price and terms
reflect your needs. Whenever possible we insist on presenting offers in person.
Personal contact with the seller strengthens your offer and any important nuances
of your offer are communicated at the outset.
Financing
If needed, we will introduce you to lenders with a proven reputation and provide
information about available loan programs. Today's mortgage market is very
competitive and a host of programs are available. We will assist you in finding once
customized to your needs.
Escrow
Our staff transaction coordinator's watchful eyes will assure a smooth and easy purchase
with personal attention to all details including inspections, title work and government
regulations.
